What is the selection committee looking

for in a Class of 2024 participant?

• A class comprised of a broad cross-section of Harnett County's population.

• People living and working in Harnett County and the surrounding area.

• Applicants that show either demonstrated leadership ability or potential, an interest in community involvement, and a desire to assume expanded leadership responsibility.

March 27, 2024 – Kickoff & Teambuilding 

April 24, 2024 – Education Session 

May 22, 2024 – Local Government & Judicial 

June 26, 2024 – Human Needs & Health Care 

July 24, 2024 – Business & Industry 

August 28, 2024 – Recreation & Tourism 

September 25, 2024 – Agricultural Day 

October 16, 2024 – Service Project & Round Table

October 28, 2024 – Graduation  

7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

*Attendance, punctuality and time

commitment is required for all sessions
